'The Running Man' - far right - NLCs glowing in the sky over the Maghera countryside on June 15th 2006 using my old Fujifilm 5.2 MP S5600 bridge camera. Check out the beautiful blue NLCs contrasting against the green and orange colours caused by the filtering effects of atmospheric extinction. This display boasted a rich selection of complex features however of note are the large scale twisting whirls casting their own shadows onto background forms which gave a very 3-D like appearance to the clouds, one can also sense their great swirling motion across the Mesosphere. * All images are available for sale in the form of photo prints, canvas or digital files for licensing, if you are interested in a purchase simply drop me an email.
