April 5th/6th 2013 located at the Co. Antrim coast beside the Atlantic Ocean where my girlfriend and I had yet another fantastic night from a very dark location watching the close conjunction between comet C/2011 L4 Pan-STARRS and the Andromeda Galaxy (M31) in a wonderful starry sky above the infamous ancient ruins of Dunluce Castle. The comet's tail was a broad fan shape which actually merged into the outer spiral arms of the galaxy, the two ghostly phantoms side by side from this awesome location on such a dark calm night was an unreal experience, if there was any doubt before then there was none now - Pan-STARRS was a beautiful comet!, read the report for more information. * All images are available for sale in the form of photo prints, canvas or digital files for licensing, if you are interested in a purchase simply drop me an email.
